This document contains the terms of use for the x9d platform. Please read these terms carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all the provisions below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to Malaysian law.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the x9d platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the x9d platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a user and x9d as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The x9d platform is only available to individuals aged 18 or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally eligible to enter into this binding agreement under Malaysian law.
Account Creation & Security
To fully use x9d’s services, you must register a valid account. During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or closed without notice.
Each user is allowed only one active account. Having multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without refund.
You are fully responsible for:
- Keeping your account password and login details confidential
- Ensuring that no one else uses your account without permission
- Notify x9d immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
- Updating your account information whenever there are changes
X9d is not liable for any losses resulting from users failing to safeguard their account security.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
X9d users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative, or illegal activities
- Accessing another person’s account without permission or attempting to take over another’s account
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical methods to exploit the platform
- Spreading false information, libel, or illegal content
- Taking any actions that disrupt the normal functioning of the platform or affect other users’ experience
- Attempting to hack, alter, or interfere with x9d’s security systems
Violations of any above rules may lead to immediate account suspension, fund freezes, and legal action if necessary. x9d reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate, including reporting suspicious activity to authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on x9d are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). x9d supports various local payment methods, including bank transfers, approved eWallets, and other digital payment options which may be added over time.
Successfully credited deposits are final and cannot be canceled unless a technical error can be proven. Users are responsible for ensuring payment details are correct before confirming any transactions.
Regarding withdrawals:
- Withdrawals can only be made to bank or eWallet accounts registered under the same user’s name
- User identity verification may be required before processing your first withdrawal
- X9d reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until any account-related investigations are complete
- All related wagering or promotional requirements must be met before any withdrawals can be processed
X9d is not liable for any losses or delays caused by third-party system failures, banks, or payment providers.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
X9d provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantees that the platform will always operate without interruption. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, x9d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users from using or being unable to use the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
X9d reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time for reasonable causes, including but not limited to: violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or requests by relevant authorities. For legitimate account closures, any eligible account balance will be refunded after verification.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, software, and materials on the x9d platform are the exclusive property of x9d or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without explicit written permission from x9d.
Third-Party Links & Term Changes
The x9d platform may include links or references to third-party services. x9d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. x9d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notices of changes will be posted on the platform, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes must be resolved in Malaysian courts with jurisdiction.
